I have been here almost to decade and have had nothing but horrible Encounters. Raised rent every year. The maintenance We'll just enter your home whether you're naked or dressed. If and when they do come to fix things. It is a s***** job. They bring old parts from old units. To replace yours or just take existing screws from other places to fix the problem. Overall it’s a nice cheap place to live. I’ve been living here for 2 years and I have not had any safety concerns or issues with maintenance the office staff is very friendly. I wish the surrounding neighborhood was better and the corner store across the street did not exist. The apartments are older but as I mentioned very cheap. I’m in college so it’s very convenient not too far away from campus and cost friendly. Would've considered this place except they ask for cats to be declawed. That's animal abuse, no matter how you slice it, and that's a deal-breaker. Other than that, everything else looked good.
They lied about our deposit But other then that they where pretty cool landlords and have a great maintenance team things got fixed right away. I wouldn't have moved if the had a balcony apt available.
