I spent the whole day at their shop watching my transmission get built and it was a blast. Got to look at other trucks that were getting worked on and also got to walk around the shop as if I was just one of the workers. They treat you extremely well with anything at their shop no matter what it may be. Brian also took my buddy and I out to lunch with the other workers and it was great. I met Brian a few years ago and was very pleased with the way I was treated. After wasting money on a couple of local built transmission's that slipped and failed from day 1. I made the trip down to Arkansas and left my truck with him. He worked with me so I could make arrangements and never have to miss work. Brian and his wife came into the shop on his day off so I could pick up my truck up. Thanks Again BTS for your incredible work... Jason
