A true American craftsman. Brian is the best. His transmisssion put in truck 14 years ago and 160,000 miles, best decision I have made. Brian and family are fine people and honest.
Absolutely the best of the best. Best money spent on anything I have done for my 7.3 trans. TC's are SOLID! Contact them and follow what they suggest and want to do for you. The entire staff there are solid & genuine people.
After messing around with 2 local transmission shops and getting nowhere but broke down I decided to bring it down to BTS. Great service and good honest people to work with! I absolutely love the transmission. Would recommend to anybody!
A very unique shop. I was there June 13, 2017 getting my 97 F250's factory transmission rebuilt by Brian. I was free to watch the entire process. What sticks in my mind about the day was how dedicated Brian and his staff are to turning out the best results for the customer. I asked Brian and his staff numerous questions throughout the day and never felt like they wanted me to just go wait in their nice waiting room.

Paid over $6000 for a "lifetime warranty" built f250 transmission. It broke twice and one of the times we had to pay more money when we sent it back. We didn't even get 3k miles on it. The second time it got 2500 miles and it blew up and they tell me to send it back again and thats $700 round trip and other parts ill be charged �. I'm over it and had it rebuilt locally $3300 and guess what?? 8k miles so far and it shifts like a dream. Do your self a favor and don't have Brian's build your transmission. Ps.
