RecommendedBrian and his crew did a rebuild on my 02 dually. Also installed larger turbo housing and wicked wheel and one of his custom tunes . Truck feels and pulls like a different truck . Having injectors and 5in. Exhaust done next week. Very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of Ford transmission, motors . BTS is my go to for anything HP or tow related for my truck ! Went to BTS while in Branson MO on vacation. Brian made us a chip for our 2000 7.3 Excursion. Also, added a few other things. Runs the best it ever has. Transmission is way better now with the new Valve body. Huge thank you to the entire team. Also, Logan getting us in and out before lunch. We will be back again with another vehicle:)
Great experience at BTS. Had my transmission rebuilt for my 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 Powerstroke. Arrived at 7:00 am, out the door by 4:00 pm. Long day but they have a nice waiting room where you can kick back. They even treated me to lunch at the country club. During the test drive it was obvious the transmission was in a lot better shape than when I brought it in. It shifts firmer and just feels a lot tighter and more responsive now. My Ford transmission was slipping a little. I put their valve buddy in my Excursion to extend the life, lasted about another 6 months as I expected looks like I'll be calling about a new transmission. I would also like to add that when I put my valve body in they were understanding that it was snowing in North Carolina and the military installation I am on was shut down and could not send my valve body back they did not charge me because of this and I really appreciate that.
Absolutely amazing service! Drove 1 1/2 hours to get my 7.3 transmission worked on. They dropped what they were doing, fixed it, and the waiting area was awesome. Planning on returning for injectors and would drive across the country for this place.
