I called first thing this morning and Kim helped me out and made me feel better about my heater not working. She had a technician at my house within the hour and he resolved the issue quickly. Hands down the best customer service I have had.
Great people! They handle all of our HVAC maintenance, and installed our tankless water heater. Glad to have met Brian, and looking forward to working with him and his team for a long time.
Overall great experience. I submitted a request online and within a few minutes I received a call from Kimberly. She had a service technician come out same day and diagnose my HVAC. From the time I submitted the online form to having a service technician at my front door was no more than 2 hours tops.
