Overall great experience. I submitted a request online and within a few minutes I received a call from Kimberly. She had a service technician come out same day and diagnose my HVAC. From the time I submitted the online form to having a service technician at my front door was no more than 2 hours tops. Awful work I called to get a consultation and was not given a quota but when the worker came to my house they demanded 100$ upfront. Just for them to look at the ducts not even the ac unit itself and tell me what I already know. In total his “revision” took a total of 10 to 15 minutes with a very sloppy review and explanation. Do not use this service Valley Air Conditioning & Repair is a much better bang for your buck and the people are reliable.
