I have bought 3 new bikes in the past 15 years, The appraisal on trade for an equal value bike was ridiculous. Spencer was great the appraiser a real asshole. You would think they would value customer loyalty

I didn't buy one myself but I went with my dad when he bought his. Amazing customer service no pressure and very helpful and knowledgeable employees and sales people... When I'm finally ready for a Harley I plan to shop with Brian's!
