I think their customer service failed big time . Cash paying custom arrived to test ride 2 bikes at my scheduled time however the bikes were not bought out for me to test ride . It was confirmed that this is what I was coming for but the sales person insisted on sitting down talking wasting my time . Needless to say I left didn't test ride pissed off . I won't be returning for anything

Davidson. Mar 02, 2017 7:22pm. I recently bought a 1999 Road King from Brian's HD and I could'nt be more happy with the friendly professional service I received. There were a few small issues that arose after I got the bike home that Brian's was really under no obligation to correct considering I had purchased a 17 year old bike as is, but Dan the GM promtly assessed the situation and made good on the issues in a very timely manner.
