Great event for customers trying to decide what model Harley Davidson motorcycle to choose. Great job by the Brian's HD staff.
What a great experience I had !! The staff got me in and out in a flash ! Matthew Liddell showed me the bikes that fit my needs and Bruce Blum took care of my insurance needs in a flash ! Kc Kelly took care of the financial needs in less then 1/2 hr so quick! Wow ,couldn't believe I got such a great deal on the bike of my dreams! These guys need a raise --all after hours without overtime , true dedication! Thank you again for a great experience and making my dreams come true !
Brian's' was awesome to deal with. Unlike Barb's who tried to sell me something I didn't want and Ocean County who really tried to screw me on my trade is. My sales guy Ed Palmer went out of his way to assist me with whatever I needed and I walked out the door with the bike I wanted. The finance manager is easy to deal with. By the time I left, my payment was even lower than I was quoted. Definitely a returning customer and my friend the same.

The buying experience here was fine, it was the service experience that gets the 1 star rating. Excuse, after excuse, after excuse as to why it took an additional week to receive my bike. I actually felt bad for my sales rep (Matt) as he not only had to keep giving me the "tomorrow" line because of others mistakes, but he also lost a second sales commission because of the horrible service experience. Why do I love it? I never owned a Harley and was never at Brian's because I'm handicapped and can't drive a Harley. I can drive a car. I would give my first born to have a Harley, I guess would have to be a Trike. All my friends ride Harley's except one who bought a huge Honda something wing but if he wanted class............
This place sucks. Stay as far away as possible. Worst service I have experienced.
