I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience than the one we had with Brian's. Dee was fantastic to start and Stephanie stepped right in during the quote process and helped us find the best product at the best price for our needs. The installers were top notch. We've had flooring installed in several rooms in our house, and this was by far the best experience we've had (two other companies). Cannot recommend them enough.
I had a wonderful experience with Brian's flooring. The crew was friendly and experienced, and they really sought to please! My floor simulates Carrera Marble, and I think the finished product is beautiful. The crew was careful to clean up thoroughly afterwards, and the entire installation took about half a day. I highly recommend them.
Great experience ordering carpet. Dee and Stephanie helped with design and budget and the install was smooth and seamless. We had a time crunch to replace carpet before babies came home and the team accommodated our needs! We are very happy with our decision to use Brian’s!
Absolutely love our carpet and Brian’s Flooring! From first picking samples at the show room with Stephanie, to working with us on scheduling with Stephanie and Dee to have having our carpet installed in 3 hours by the wonderful installers I can’t say enough great things about Brian’s Flooring. Pricing was great and the communication from the team is top notch!
