The customer service was outstanding! Shelby was particularly helpful in every area. We would recommend them again.
I shopped a few of flooring stores. They seem comparative in products, services and price. The difference I noticed in Brian's Flooring is personal service by the sales staff. Dee, at the Valleydale store, helped walk me through the selection process to find the right flooring for us. Then the sales staff worked as a team for the order. Very impressive. Our flooring looks great.
I'm so glad I chose Brian's Flooring. Noah helped me pick the perfect carpet for my upstairs bedrooms. The install was fast and done beautifully. I would recommend Brian's for any remodel. They have a vast selection of carpet , tile and counter tops and d great customer service!
