We ended up with a relatively smaller project after deciding to only replace a shower unit and bathroom floor. The team at Brian's flooring on Valleydale Road was very helpful guiding us through the process. Dee and Noah were very helpful getting my Master Bath project set up and scheduled. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done. The bathroom looks so nice. My complaint is that there was a consistent lack of communication and follow up provided to me from the Project Manager.

We love our new floors! We have an old house - built in 1979 but beautiful hardwood that needs to have a little TLC. Our project manager, Noah, was great to work with and gave us tips to help us visualize what we wanted to use for stain. Pedro and his team were fabulous and showed us samples of the stains that I thought I wanted. It's amazing when you see something on paper and then the actual stain on the flooring. Brian's has been excellent to work with. They were able to match Pergo from an existing floor and found something that looks great alongside the existing Pergo. They also pulled me out of a bind when I had an issue with a countertop install using another company, and had a new countertop installed in record time after that other company fell through. Friendly staff, and their workers are top notch. Thank you so much!!!
