Great experience ordering carpet. Dee and Stephanie helped with design and budget and the install was smooth and seamless. We had a time crunch to replace carpet before babies came home and the team accommodated our needs! We are very happy with our decision to use Brian’s!
Absolutely love our carpet and Brian’s Flooring! From first picking samples at the show room with Stephanie, to working with us on scheduling with Stephanie and Dee to have having our carpet installed in 3 hours by the wonderful installers I can’t say enough great things about Brian’s Flooring. Pricing was great and the communication from the team is top notch!

From the time I walked into the showroom, I had an excellent experience. They had a great choice of flooring and were available to answer all the questions we had. The installation was beyond expectation-efficient, knowledgeable and the installers were respectful of our home. We highly recommend Brian’s for all your flooring needs.
I would definitely recommend using Brian's for hardwood floor placement despite of the initial difficulties I experienced. There appeared to be a "batch" of hardwood containers that had correct name but not product. Obvious mismatch that was installed. Why I am recomending is how the company handled the issue. I was able to speak with various representatives of the company who immediately took responsibility for error and corrected at my convenience on a timely manner.
