I’ve bought parts multiple times from BTR for my boyfriends build and also hail from Bardstown, where BTR is located. This is THE best. Their open house is amazing, and their transparency and interactions with their customers is second to none. They are some of the most down to earth amazing people you will ever meet. They made sure to have my product to me even when it was short notice, even letting me pick up from the facilities. I recommend them to everyone.

Customer service is top notch! I have BTR products in other vehicles and had questions about cam packages regarding my truck , answered my questions and gave me great recommendations regarding more torque and hp gains !! Awesome staff !!
BTR is a great company and they have great customer service period
Awesome customer service! Every time I talk to Craig he always asks about the family and knows exactly what parts to get me. I wont use anyone else for any of my engine parts. Logan is decent at best lol
