Good products bad customer service if I known before Texas speed would have been a much better choice

tried to order parts from this business but wasnt able to had to many hoops to jump thru for a simple camshaft. Going to buy from texas speed now.

The folks at BTR are beyond fantastic. From placing my order to the customer service my experience was absolutely what I would expect from any business as a customer. a special shout out to Bethanie who was extremely helpful with my returns when some of the parts I ordered were incorrect as well as with keeping me in the loop with the throttle body I ordered that had a part number change causing a small delay. Absolutely terrible customer service and support. Have called and left multiple messages to inquire about a product. Sell junk lifters that take over 2 months for them to warranty. Installed a set that didn’t last 500 miles before had 4 collapse. Won’t return phone calls.
