Pretty much called me a liar during my visit. Said “your not being up Front with me”. Very unprofessional when your in pain sometimes a person can’t there point across

When I first came in my pain was so intense, I could hardly walk. After my surgery, I have been pain free. Thank you for helping me walk again.
Dr. Dix was very professional, good bedside manner, easy to talk to, and explained everything well. He and his nurses were quick to respond to messages via Avera chart or by phone.
Dr. Dix has been a wonderful doctor in taking care of my foot. He and his staff answered any questions I had, made me feel comfortable with my choice to have surgery and took great care of me.
Dr. Dix always explained everything so I understood it before leaving the clinic. Dr. Dix and Crystal were always very kind. Crystal is the best nurse ever (nurse of the year)Always helpful with everything never had to wait in waiting room more than 5 minutes. Very efficient. Very clean rooms never evidence someone was there before I came in. But, like I said before Crystal was the BEST! Always very caring and gave great care when I came in. Thank you so much. Awesome teamwork!
