Great visit! Very consistent and thorough with treatment. The inserts really helped out my feet and have even improved then from 2 years ago when I was there
I was relatively easy-going for my first post-op appointment. Suture-removal twinged a bit, but not too much, and Nurse Jocelyn was kind and gentle removing them. For the pin-removal appointment, though, I had heavy anxiety (to the point of little sleep the prior night). Dr. Damitz sincerely told me weeks earlier, “Getting the pin out is not bad—less uncomfortable than suture removal. Don’t worry.” I should have replayed his words in my head. He was very personable and honest. Really enjoyed our visit.
Dr. Damitz is very professional and easy to talk to. Always felt reassured when he was talking to me with his expertise. I got surgery for a broken ankle and was walking a month and week later. It was a perfect surgery.
Didn't really solve the problem at all.
You will not find any other doctor out there that cares for his patients like they are family. He has helped numerous of friends of mine and my child who suffers from chronic feet issues. There really is no other doctor that is more caring, compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable than Dr. Damitz.
How was my visit with Dr Brian Damitz, terrible. Went to see him about numbness and neuropathy in my feet. The first visit I had they took X-rays and didn’t even bother telling me why or what they saw, obviously nothing. So after the first visit I was told to take some vitamin b supplements and be on my way and to schedule and appointment with a neurologist to get an EMG done. If you've found Dr Damitz you're one of the lucky ones because you won't find a better surgeon. It took me 5 years, 7 doctors, one bad bunionectomy and more before fate led me to Dr D. As soon as I met Dr Damitz I recognized his superior knowledge and learned things about my issues that I'd been misinformed on by other specialists. His personality and communication was equally superior. My foot was a real mess from genetics, decades of abuse and equal neglect. The prior bad bunionectomy topped it off.
