Wait time was a little long but we always get great service once we are eith the Dr. Dr. Kay and his staff are always very professional, polite and caring
The surgical crew is great. Compassionate and helpful
Dr Nath has always been very consistent in explaining the procedures that she is performing. I have had great results with her procedures, would absolutely recommend.
We waited for an hour and then only spent a couple minutes with Dr. Kay. He looked at the MRI, gave the diagnosis and treatment and that was it. He didn’t explain the MRI or the severity of the ligament tear. I asked a couple general questions and then he sent his nurse in to schedule surgery. We did not leave with a good impression.
I showed up before the scheduled time, spoke with receptionist and was called back very shortly. Maybe only a five or 10 minute wait before the doctor came in.
Dr Kay is accredited in helping my many problems over the years since I’ve known him. He’s thorough and very kind. He has a great staff and I would recommend him!
My appointment was scheduled for 2:10 I arrived early with my two young boys. They had a nice play area so that was helpful. Considering we didn’t get called back until an hour later. Following that hour I would say another 35 -40 minites goes by and at this point my boys are complaining about how bored and starving they are and they’re asking me why hasn’t the doctor come yet? The staff was polite & friendly,The X-ray techs were patient & friendly.Dr.Damitz was friendly & honest.
Absolutely love seeing her, she’s absolutely outstanding and so amazing at what she does!!! Her whole staff is so supportive and kind!!
