We had to get a brand new air unit for our upstairs a few weeks ago. Brian called me in a very timely manner with a quote that was very reasonable. They were out here the next morning and had my unit replaced that afternoon. It was very quick and painless. He explained our warranty to us and his workers were very courteous. Brian took care of an AC issue for us the same day I called to schedule service. His rates are very competitive and he knows his stuff. Having worked on some HVAC myself in the past I knew what components were suspect, I just didn’t have the time or equipment available to troubleshoot. He only repaired what was needed. Brian and his team is AWSOME! Very professional and courteous. He gave me no nonsense advice based on his extensive experience and knowledge. He replaced a new unit for my family and was way cheaper than other quotes I got from local competitors and for a better quality unit. Called him for a quote and met, and the next day before 2pm was finished. Best warranty in the business. Over all a superior experience that leaves me with peace of mind. Best ac company out there!!
I cannot recommend Brian enough. At 34 weeks pregnant at the end of August our hvac unit went out and our home warranty had “been working on it” for 2 weeks. Aka we hadn’t had ac for two weeks. We called Brian on a Friday around 3, had a quote at 6pm, and he was out at our house on Monday morning at 7am. His guys were professional and quickly replaced our unit that Monday by 2pm. Brian Sain was the absolute best, extremely professional and trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about working with him through a not so good situation with my air conditioning unit.
