I only give you four stars because you do not take 2 of my 3 dental insurances.

I have financial concerns. You listened and helped me in a constructive way. I appreciate the way you cared for my family (thus the community). Thanks!!

Great service. And surprisingly reasonable fee since I don't have insurance.

I was told that Xrays were needed. My insurance only covers this procedure once per year. I am taking better care of my teeth than anytime in my adult life and I am 674 years old. I do not have gum bleeding or extreme sensitivity when my teeth are being cleaned therefore will only submit to Xrays once a year unless I start suffering from pain and sensitivity. Please respect my wishes. Sincerely, Dan Quist

Business response:

Dan - Thank you for your feedback. We do recommend films (x-rays) be exposed once per year. This is the only way to detect a problem or carious lesion between the teeth. If a tooth becomes sensitive or achy it is usually a sign that the nerve tissue has become involved. For your health and comfort we do recommend films once per year to address these type of issues before they become a problem. ~ Kris
