The staff are always so pleasant and friendly, and try to make me comfortable and relaxed for my appointment. I've been in medical offices where the staff are so grim you wonder if they are just a grouchy bunch of people or is something going on in the office. Certainly they are not interested in the patient. I think medical staff need to keep in mind that everyone they see is coming in with a medical problem and is probably under a certain amount of stress.
