Terrible first impression of this office based off my call with the front desk. Do not recommend, they scheduled me to see Dr Brian Roth (per my PC referral) and then asked me several questions and because I mentioned that I was involved in an auto accident THIRTEEN years ago, they followed apparently their ‘office policy’ that I must provide automobile claim information that I don’t even have in order to be seen due to insurance. Dr Roth is 1 of my top all favorite drs, he is very knowledgeable he cares about his patients, he always asks about how me & my family is doing. He cares to get you the help you need. He will always put the patient first. He makes me feel real confident and comfortable.
I do believe that Dr. Roth is very knowledgeable and helps his patients but if it comes to workers comp it’s a different story. I was injured on the job and was sent to see him. I’m happy that I had support from other doctors and therapists cause his diagnosis was absolutely ridiculous. I asked for an extension in treatment that I paid for out of pocket.
