If I could give zero stars I would. I was sent to Dr. Brian Roth after a work injury by Sedgwick, Workmans comp company. I got injured while lifting a patient at work, I’m a registered nurse. I had severe low back pain and severe pain off to the left side of my bottom. I started seeing him in July of 2024 until November of 2024 every month. I brought my MRI and CAT scan discs with me that I obtained after being admitted in the hospital on 5-13-2024, stayed overnight. I brought those discs with me to every appointment. Terrible first impression of this office based off my call with the front desk. Do not recommend, they scheduled me to see Dr Brian Roth (per my PC referral) and then asked me several questions and because I mentioned that I was involved in an auto accident THIRTEEN years ago, they followed apparently their ‘office policy’ that I must provide automobile claim information that I don’t even have in order to be seen due to insurance.
