Took me in the day I called with a problem, never been there before . x-rayed my teeth and gave me an exam of problem, very nice, Dr. BRIAN Rich ,very knowledgeable and informative. Assistants Kimberly was kind and helpful, felt like family. Office staff was great. Would highly recommend Dr. RICH to anyone
I had a great experience with Dr Rich. His establishment is very clean. Friendly staff and he was very thorough with my check up. I will go back
Dr. Brian is the bomb with teeth, I had a crown put in 3 hours no problems no pain he does his own molding of crowns in office. His staff are wonderful ladies and they will answer any and all questions you have. Dr. Brian is the dentist to see.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I am getting a new upper Denture cause other places i been did not listen to what I wanted and didnt even give me any input .. this Dentist was so different, he included me in everything and saw right off the issue with my other upper denture . He included me in the whole process, he explained everything perfectly and was always asking if I had any questions or concerns.. just an awesome visit , he told me he would do his very best on my denture and I believe he will!!
Anoher perfectly pleasant experience with Dr. Rich. He & his entire staff are thorough, efficient & very pleasant, always making me feel like I'm one of his favorite patients.
