Dr McGowan and his team were wonderful. Another doctor recommended Dr McGowan and he was definitely right on! It’s been less than four months and I’m walking, swimming and playing pickle ball with no pain! Amazing!!
I had a total, left knee replacement with Dr. McGowan on October 30th at the MVSC in Davenport. Dr. McGowan personally called me the day before my surgery to check in, which was such a welcome surprise, and I can count on one hand how many times I’ve spoken with my actual doctor(s) on the phone in my lifetime. Post op, I completed seven weeks of physical therapy, three times a week, and rode our recumbent bike at home. I highly recommend Dr. McGowan and his team for any orthopedic needs.
From the very beginning I knew that I was in good hands. I was treated with compassion and kindness. I did not feel rushed and my questions were answered so I could understand. That means so much to me. THANK YOU
