Initial visit on referral from primary. Excellent first impression: dedicated parking outside ground level entrance. Dr. was in after preliminary questions by personable tech and immediate X-rays. Within ten minutes the doctor was in. Collected my background with pain. Gave a clear explanation with graduated treatment options. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Recommend very highly.
Dr. McCall has taken care of me before and I had to go back and see him again after a couple years with another issue He and his staff are very professional and friendly, and he takes the time to listen to you and he explains everything to you. He will continue to be my Orthopedic Doctor as long as I need him. He has a wonderful bedside manner and get straight to the point of what the issue is being and how it can be resolved. Thank you, Dr. McCall And your wonderful staff.
He took his time. He showed me my x rays and explained how my condition is causing my pain. He told me about a lot of treatments options for my pain.
