The experience I had was just fine, and Brian was terrific. The three stars are because I shouldn’t have ever been there in the first place. Guess the insurance industry’s coffers are getting low so they’ll just send you anywhere.
While I hated the procedure (actually, mostly the prep), TOC did a fantastic job in very way. I did a prelim visit with a nurse practitioner... well done! Then, the prep instructions were clear - but I did have one question - so I utilized a call in. The answers were clear and quick. The day of procedure, the staff was wonderful. Everyone introducing themselves, making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend TOC.
Great visit, the staff is respectful and knowledgeable. Brian, FNP-C knew my medical history and listen to my complaints. Brian has initiated a plan to determine the cause of my pain. I am hopeful for a healthy outcome after future procedures are completed.
