Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review! I used to see Dr. Le back in 2010 and saw him. I went to the office on (2025)Buffalo and saw Crystal Taylor she is the best and has previously seen her at urgent care. Recently, I had an epidural, and I WAS waiting for THREE HOURS! UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T GO TO THIS PROVIDER.
Terrible and unprofessional bedside manners!!! Dr. Le was very rude and dismissive when I stated that I wish that I had been informed that my X-rays had not been sent to them and given the opportunity to be offered a later appointment when I was called to confirm my appointment. It made no sense to pay co-pay for a visit and have my insurance billed to go over no results. He said "we don't need to see you here anymore" I asked for a refund of my copay and will follow up with my insurance to ensure that I was not billed!!!
I have NEVER been to a dr office where I could NOT bring anyone back to consult with Dr. I was supposed to memorize all the upcoming visit/procedure and had to guess what my companion’s questions would be. Dr Le said it was because he was punched previously. So instead of having another staff member with him the Dr punishes all the other patients instead of finding an alternative method. I’ve been going to Dr Le and Laz for almost 10 years and since my fractured neck have helped me tremendously through all my pain and suffering! 5 stars all the way
Rude and arrogant. Interrupts any attempt for you to explain the pain being experienced. Thinks he knows everything about who will prescribe what and he was very wrong. Discounted medical history and conditions. I've never had to experience such horrible patient empathy. Don't go here if you want any help.
