Dr. Law explains everything well. He met with family after surgery and was confident with the surgery
Dr Law demonstrated a balance of professionalism and empathy. He was surrounded by a cohesive team with excellent training. He provided appropriate cautions to me to ensure best recovery results. He spoke to my brother in the waiting room to ensure another adult was aware of results and the way ahead. Thanks to: Dr Law (surgeon), Sarah (surgical nurse), Dr Mehta and Cameron (anesthesia), Abbie and Vincent (nerve block), Brenda (registration), Amy and Gina (preop), Julanne (post op). They earned my highest thanks.
Dr Law had more information in one visit than I have received from other orthopedic surgeons. He also was confident and made us comfortable.
All was very good. Including staff. Process from secretary desk to evaluation room experience, X-ray personel were very efficient and pleasant, time with physician and follow appts were adequate and informative and time to answer my questions was adequate. The surgical expertise was very satisfactory.
