Dr. Lai listens to my complaints and explains things clearly. My wife and I were very impressed at his bedside manner
Suddenly closed his office with no warning. Received a letter on 1 2/31/2018 saying that his office was closed as of 12/28/2018. I have not been able to find a new Pain Doctor.
Business response:
I am sorry that you were not informed of the closure of our Oxnard office in a timely manner. If you want to schedule at one of Dr. Lai's other locations please call (818) 348-7246. Please let us know whatever we can do to facilitate and other transitions in your care.
Really fortunate to have met Dr. Lai. Procedures changed my life for the better.
Best physician I have ever seen. Procedure kept me out of pain and now I am back to doing what I love.
One of the best doctors I ever seen. He is willing get to the bottom of my pain.
Don’t know how good of a doctor he is but I’m past a hour of waiting and had to ask for status then was told running late. Rude. If a office is running that late, you advise your patients.
Very helpful in dealing in explaining the reasons behind my pain. Gave me a comprehensive list of treatment options and provided compassionate approach to my care.
I have been seeing Dr. Lai for a few years and he has always listened to my concerns and explained my treatment options clearly.
Not warm or compassionate, which is crucial in pain management. More interested in giving you statistics than in seeing and being with the live human being sitting in front of him. The patient who is hurting. Doesn't seem to care much about finding solutions for the patient in severe pain who comes helpless and seeking help.
