They send me text messages to remind me of my appointments, the office is always clean, I get free goodie bags, and while all of those things are pretty standard at other Dentists that I have been to in the past, the best part about the Northwood Dental experience is the people. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist (who likes getting your teeth scraped?), but I had fun last time I went. Right from my first contact with Katie who's professional and caring communication made me feel comfortable with my decision to come to the practice. Dr. Klym and his excellent staff helped me relax and know I was in good hands. My new smile is the BEST!
I'm so thankful I have found a dentist office that's respectful to me and my wishes, engages in a conversation outside of my teeth and also who are excellent with my young children during their cleanings :) Thank you Northwood Dental for everything you do!
Northwoods is the best dental office I've been too. The entire staff are always friendly and professional. Dr Klum is great and Amanda Graff is the best hygienist I have ever had.
