I was scheduled to see the Dr, but he had to leave to perform an unexpected surgery. However, after instructing his PA what to do, Dr Zirgibel took time to talk to me over the phone while I was still in the office. This team is the best. Great doctors, great staff.
Wasn't happy because I came here to see Dr Zirgibel, after waiting long 65 minutes a nurse came to see me instead of Dr. I had other appointment with other Orthopedic Dr. Which i canceled instead.....
Had shoulder replacement surgery June 4, 2025. Have not heard from Dr. Zirgibel or his team since. Not a single follow up phone call from him or his staff. I tried calling them because I am having issues and have questions and no one answers their phone. It goes straight to a virtual assistant. You cannot speak to a human. We are going into the weekend and cannot reach a human. I will Never use Dr. Zirgibel again. Terrible customer service.
