Dr Coppinger and his staff (Robin, etc.) have had significant problems completing prescription authorizations over the past year. They have responded poorly to numerous phone calls and/or faxes from myself, the pharmacy and my insurance (Medicaid). Currently am waiting for a prescription refill requested October 9th (today is October 28th). I have made about 14 phone calls to my insurance carrier, AHN office in Whitefield, AHN corporate, my insurance carrier and pharmacy (CVS) to try to get one prescription refilled. I have been using Dr. Coppinger for about 10 years and absolutely love him. He is just like what the others are saying, genuine and caring. He never makes you feel like he's in a hurry and takes his time and listens to you and is pretty spot on with his diagnoses. I moved farther away and then the office moved even farther away but I will continue driving the 45 minutes to keep him as my PC. Brandy is pretty awesome and caring as well. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to your clients

I've called multiple times. Left messages to schedule an appointment for my kids but no one ever picks up or calls back. They told my wife she called the wrong the doctor. I won't be recommending this place to anyone or making anymore appointments at this facility
