Every time I visit Oak Hills Periodontics I am treated with kindness and courtesy. The staff is very professional and continues to do a great job with several procedures that I have needed. I would highly recommend them and Dr. Ray.
Excellent as always
It's Oct 2017 and I've had implants since 1991. I was really nervous about getting checked after so many years. Dr Ray and her staff were so nice and helped me be at ease. They thoroughly checked my teeth, gums, bite, everything then they took excellent photos of everything ... immediately available so she could show me and explain everything in great detail. As is always the case, nothing to complain about. Just very thoughtful friendly service with great efficiency
They are always on time and very courteous. Also very particular about checking everything in my mouth. I like getting my teeth cleaned there every six months to rid the teeth of stuff that doesn't belong there. And, they listen when I have questions and always give an answer.
I do get anxious every time I go to a dentist's office. If I am not called in within 5-10 min of my scheduled time, I start feeling the anxiety. So of course, my B/P is always slightly elevated. However, once I met Dr. Ray, my feelings became calmer. She was kind, patient, & very honest. Just waiting on the final analysis, which includes the $$ amount. I hope to be able to return. I trust her.
As always I had a very good visit. Also enjoyed my great big hug from Pam.
On time, pleasant experience for dental work.
