Dr. Ray and her staff are just 100% professional, efficient and friendly. Could not imagine working with a better doc and staff.
Staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone made sure I was nice and numb prior to starting. Dr. Ray has wonderful bedside manner and explained everything she was going to do.
I had a great experience during my visit. The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff is very detailed on explaining the how's and why's. Every time I come in I don't have to give my name. The receptionist automatically says " I will let them know your are here".
No one ever says they would rather go to the dentist than have a date night! But, I really don't mind going to this group of professionals for my dental care. I actually look forward to each visit. All of the staff are so friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in providing the patient with the best care. My treatments have been painless, a major concern for many people who put off going to a dentist.
All procedures and financial information explained . Am glad for the patience of all staff and their professionalism dealing with the public.
