Staff was very friendly and efficient. They helped me feel comfortable throughout the process (I had a tooth that cracked below the gum line), and Dr. Ray was able to save my tooth. The staff also kept my wife well-informed during and after my procedure, and gave very detailed verbal and written take-home instructions. Would highly recommend Dr. Ray.
Dr.Ray and her staff are simply awesome! They always go above and beyond their call of duty instructing me in the care of my teeth and gums and encouraging me when I do well. I surely appreciate it. I would highly recommend this practice.
Went in without expectations, but was given advice that I felt was very appropriate and applicable to my case. I was assured by what Dr. Ray told me to do and what she was going to tell my dentist. Even before I received this email for a review, my dentist had already called me to set up appointments to start my work.
My dentist referred me to Dr. Ray for an unusual problem. I was advised by Dr. Ray that she needed to discuss the procedure with my oncologist and primary physicians since the Prolia I was taking made the timing of the work critical. She also explained that an implant would most likely need to be placed at a later date. Her staff followed through very quickly to obtain the agreements from all the concerned doctors. I do my best to find the best when it comes to health care providers. Dr. Ray is THE BEST and her staff are second to none. Three generations of my family have seen her. I even flew a brother in from out of town. I CAN NOT GIVE ANYONE A HIGHER RATING.
I am 88 years old. My gingivectomy was in 1958-- 60 years ago. Thanks to the outstanding care by Dr. Pamela Ray and my periodontal hygienist, Melia, I am enjoying excellent dental and overall health. This team goes above and beyond to give the patient utmost comfort and satisfaction. Thanks Oak Hills Team!

Had a recent emergency visit . Her staff was able to give me a same day appointment. Dr Ray quickly evaluated and treated the problem and I was able to get a follow up appointment within a few days. The quality of care, professionalism and caring treatment was reassuring. Highly recommend Dr Ray
