I went to brain Harris on valentine's day an hour before they closed Derek Welton helped me i explained my situation what I needed. Derek himself was willing to go the extra mile for me even after closing hours. We worked with Derek Welton while we were there and him and the rest of the team took their time to find us the perfect vehicle that fit our needs and our budget. I am extremely pleased with them. I know by the time we actually left with our vehicle it had to be after hours and we never felt rushed and they were very kind and courteous through the whole experience. They are very up front and understanding. Steve was so extremely helpful with everything. They work with any kind of credit and make sure you leave happy! I left with an amazing car and when I need a new one I’ll be coming right back here!
I have bought 6 cars from them. Loved all of them. My favorite is the car I have now. The staff is amazing. Any maintenance or work that needs done, they get it in and out asap. This is a place that treats you like family. Keep up the great service you provide.
Absolutely not!!!!! Nikki is a LIAR, and does not keep her word! My husband, myself, and my mother all spoke to her about the same arrangement, and now she has no memory of it! I’ve learned their customer service there is completely garbage!!!
Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Nikki can not remember what she states from customer to the other. This company will call you a liar and disrespect their customers. I have learned my credit was ran for an extreme amount of money on multiple occasions AFTER stating I did not want to purchase a second vehicle from them and definitely not for the amount of the loan they continued to request.
