Thought I’d try and stay local... Got a call from Chris today, Seriously rude and pretentious... I don’t know about others here but, as someone who used to be in sales I will not tolerate someone treating me like crud. Not okay, thanks but no thanks I will go back to Bothell where I bought my other car much better customer service.
They sold me. 14,000k vehicle that ended up Having multiple serious oil leaks, costing over 2k to fix. Air conditioning didn’t work, cracks in dash and had to jiggle the key to start. When I test drove it they made sure to start the car so I wouldn’t notice until after I signed. Super disappointed in their service and quality.
Sold me a car that fell apart in 4 months. I invested 800 in this car and they only allowed me to trade in for a more expensive car with similar mileage, meaning my monthly payments are higher and I owe for a longer period of time, without even taking the 800 I spent fixing the previous one and putting it towards the new one. The new car needed upkeep as well. I’m broke now, Brian Harris will turn the comments off and not acknowledge that they sold me bad cars because their shop DOES NOT CHECK THEIR CARS.

Dylan Jewett is definitely the man to get your vehicle from! We had a beaten up Impala, neither my fiancee or I have good credit. Brian Harris does in house financing, and gave us a trade in for the impala. Keep in mind, we walked in with NO money, just the Impala. We were about to be done with the purchase and Dylan asked about a payment to get the insurance started. He ended up coming out of his own pocket to get us started up.
