Dr. Pagan was fantastic. I've been a patient with her for the last 4 years, and she is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She's direct and to the point, but also has a great sense of humor. She's also very thorough and selects great specialists for referrals. She's no longer with RSF and I wish I knew where she went. I hope she'll pop up somewhere else in Charleston. RSF network has recently lost a lot of great doctors and it is starting to make me think that they might be the problem.

My first time going to his office after spine surgery in NY in 2020 was with his PA, who was pleasant. He was thorough and seemed like he wanted to help. His PA ordered a bunch of tests, which were completed, and the reports and imaging were supposedly sent to Dr. Cuddy's office. A month and a half later, I took a two-and-a-half ride to Summerville, SC, arriving early and sitting in the office for about an hour. Another one of his staff members brings us into the room. She has no idea what information I have other than my na... read more

Dr. Katz has been my family doctor for years. He is attentive and open to work with you regarding your health conditions. However, we have had horrible experiences with billing because of his inattentiveness, and ordering tests and services that are not medically necessary. We had to fight with insurance couple of times, involving him to appeal the decision thru a one-on-one peer review, which he has not been able to resolve either (twice). We didn't think he put enough effort to represent us or his medical decisioning in th... read more

A very cheery and bright outlook. Dr. O has the whole family with a 40 year age spread. I think she is great and explains everything clearly. I have had the same doctor for over 40 years and he retired. This gentleman is also my life long friend, so Dr. O had some tough shoes to fill. She stepped right in and now I would also consider her a friend. She has many gifts that her patients get the benefits of, a well rounded dedicated Medical Professional!

Business response:

Response from Roper St. Francis Healthcare: Thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to Dr. Omraju!

I used to see Dr. Forren when I lived closer and recently wanted to re-establish care after our move. Since it has been more than 3 years, I was told that I would have to make an appointment with her NP before she’d see me. I left a message to see if she’d make an exception seeing as I was a former patient. A few phone calls later, messages left, and Dr. Forren never called back, I got someone from the office telling me that it’s best I find another doctor if I wasn’t comfortable seeing NPs. All good, I don’t want a doctor w... read more

Cuddy did not do a fusion like he said he would for my spouse’s left side sciatica. We went to lunch when my wife was taken to surgery and Cuddy was finished by the time we returned. He said that S1 didn’t look too bad so he only did L4-5. He instructed her to start back on the meds she was previously taking when she got home and he added two more.Unfortunately, the two meds he prescribed were very similar to two meds she was already taking and I called him on it, knowing the combination would dangerously depress her respira... read more

Dr. Cuddy preformed a spinal fusion and laminectomy on me in March. I was up and walking that day without the pain I had been experiencing for a few years. The office staff, especially his assistant Chris Schafer, are wonderful. They took care of everything in a concerned and caring manner. I recommend Dr. Cuddy and his practice to all.
