Celeste and Elaine were both very helpful and when I was upset about PennDOT and started to cry Celeste helped me not to worry and assured me everything would be fine :)

I called the office today to pay my auto bill. Spoke to Celeste, she was very efficient and took care of it immediately. I have been with State Farm for several years now and always had good service from the staff in the office.
I have been with State Farm for many, many years and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I’ve experienced throughout the years; however, Celeste is by far the best agent that I’ve ever dealt with. Celeste is always there to answer any questions that I might have and she always does it with a smile on her face. Every time that I deal with Celeste, I know that all of my questions will be answered. She is the best.
