I highly recommend Brian Copland both for purchasing a home and for putting one’s home on the market! I highly recommend Brian Copland both for purchasing a home and for putting one’s home on the market! When I was the buyer I found him to be excellent at negotiating w/ the sellers’ agent and that is super important when depending on your realtor to show your interest within price range you think it’s worth. He also has great referrals during inspection time. When I had to move out of state a few years later..he recommended the priorities to prepare my home for market and they were smart priorities!
