Doctor Kroll is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. Hes even helped assist me with others in the family. He does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man.
Love Dr Kroll! Awesome doctor! Has helped me so much with everything I have been through! Really efficient, on point, respectful, great personality and his staff is great! There new office is lovely. I like being able to have a dr who is always willing to listen and give me input. ??
I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kroll's office to anyone seeking a new doctor. Here is how they treated me and my wife: She had on Tuesday, the 13th and we covered many issues. He then signed a letter dated the next day 14th, how he was dropping both of us due to our insurance (Tricare Prime). This with labs and other work in progress. Why couldn't he inform me of this in advance instead of in the middle of work ups. Now we are stuck trying to find a new doctor mid-crisis. Excellent. No wait. All staff very accommodating. I never have to wait. Doctor is very on point and friendly. would recommend this practice to my friends and family.
Doctor is ok but the staff is extreamly unprofessional. Dont care about patient. Would not recommend.
Be prepared to wait. Hard to understand
Dr. Mathur is an exceptional cardiologist. He is always kind, always answers every question, and he is very calming. The staff is never nice, but that doesn’t reflect in Dr. Mathur. I don’t know who the Karen who posted a bad review saw, but I can assure you it wasn’t Dr. Mathur.
I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kroll's office to anyone seeking a new doctor. His office staff leaves little to be desired. I would steer clear of any Access Health related doctor office. Here is how they treat their patients... I had an appt scheduled. I went for my lab work and scheduled time off work. The day before my appt I received a message. "We no longer accept Cigna your appt is cancelled". They couldn't be bothered to inform me of this months prior when they decided not to take Cigna. As everyone knows it takes months to... read more
