Excellent. No wait. All staff very accommodating. I never have to wait. Doctor is very on point and friendly. would recommend this practice to my friends and family.
I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kroll's office to anyone seeking a new doctor. His office staff leaves little to be desired. I would steer clear of any Access Health related doctor office. Here is how they treat their patients... I had an appt scheduled. I went for my lab work and scheduled time off work. The day before my appt I received a message. "We no longer accept Cigna your appt is cancelled". They couldn't be bothered to inform me of this months prior when they decided not to take Cigna. As everyone knows it takes months to... read more

Dr. Kroll is the best! He takes time with his patients and generally cares. He listens and is not a pill pusher. Love this doctor and his staff!
Dr Kroll is a very kind and concerned DR. I implicitly trust his knowledge. I can't believe how hard he works. He deserves a medal.
My experience was the worst! I was having a severe colitis attack and they told me they couldn't see me for a month so to go to a walk in clinic! They don't even care. I looked in the portal and there were four things wrong and they never addressed that either! Terrible more interested in their weight loss clinic than helping people. If it looks like a duck!
Dr. Kroll is the best! I actually enjoy my visits, not only because of him, but the staff is outstanding. Joeline, Daisy, Alicia, and Aly are all tremendous and true assets to Dr. Krolls practice. Keep up the great work, you are all appreciated!
Dr Kroll's office is excellent. From the front office staff, to the nurses, to the doctor himself. They all make me feel like I am at home, when I come see him. Everyone at this office is personable and makes me feel at ease. I have been a patient for almost 10 years and I would not look anywere else. He takes time and explains everything and answers all of my questions. If you want a great doctor's office, you won't find a better one, than this one.
