Dr. Kroll is very down to earth and approachable, tells it like it is. Office staff is wonderful.
Absolutely would recommend Dr Kroll!! He cares about his patients and spends quality time with them. He listens to his patients and does not talk over them. Office staff are very nice and friendly!
This doctor is not very professional. He is rude and had a problem staying awake during my visit and the last time I was there, he dozed off 3 times during a 30 minute consultation. Waited over an hour after my scheduled time but the lobby was empty of patients. His answer to any physical problem is a pill.
Went to dr kroll. The whole time in was talking to him he was sleeping. Eyes are all blood shot and pink. On top of it he wrote me the wrong prescription. Staff is horrible takes hours for them to answer the phones and then can never get you in for a appt. Dr kroll you need to start waking up and not sleeping during seeing your patients. I finally decided to get out of there and go to a new dr. Will never recommend this dr he is just awful
This is a top tier practice. From front desk to back nurses, nothing but kindness and smiles! Dr. Kroll has a very calming demeanor and I have never felt rushed. He answers all my questions goes the extra mile for my medical comfort. I made the change from my Dr. To Dr. Kroll 3years back and wish I had done it sooner! I highly recommend this practice.
He is rude, abrasive and showed no concern for me as a patient. Waiting an hour and a half to be seen and then being treated poorly is unacceptable.
Brian Kroll is very forgetful and he can never keep the same staff for very long. He has sleep apnea and had a hard time keeping his eyes open during my last visit. His office pushes the weight loss clinic, but most of his staff is over weight, including him. He doesn't like it when you question what he is saying, but when you do have to remind him of something, he just brushes it off and does what he wants. The girls in the office are sometimes nice, but most of they time they are unhappy.
joke, they scheduled 2 referral visits and did not let me know, nor did referral doctors contact me, one prescription was wrong and they never returned call to correct
