Dr Russian would be greatly helped by lessons in caring and compassion. He made me drive 40 minutes to see him and then canceled to my face.I asked if he could please reconsider, due to the fact that I have a non-functioning bipap that I cannot replace without seeing a sleep doctor. It is literally damaging my health.He made a point to tell me that he is the only sleep care doctor for WWMG and I would have to schedule with a doctor outside of WWMG. Laura is always very professional and caring. She listens to all of my concerns, addresses all my issues and offers good advice and support.
This was one of the fastest appointments I've ever had. Dr Fong was very organized. We went over my test results, he answered my questions and addressed my concerns, gave me a summary of my appointment then sent me on my way. Very good Doctor
Dr Fong is a good doctor he may not be a conversationalist but he does a great job
