Dr. Allen has always been pleasant and professional. I feel comfortable talking with him. He is attentive and listens to and addresses my concerns. His staff is always very helpful. I have had a bad experience with one of his PAs when I had shingles and had a problem, after being put on medicine with additional breakout on body, and she would not see me after waiting for 45 minutes.
