If I could rate this office, zero stars, I would. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for an ER follow up from Friday. The receptionist was very professional and friendly, she asked what is going on. I explained that I’ve Been running a fever of 102 to 104 since last Monday (8 days ago). I went to the Urgent Care Tuesday (7 days ago) and was put on 2 medications for a staph infection. I had my first appointment with Dr. Allen and from the moment I walked in, to filling out paperwork, to the appointment, to checking out, I felt very welcomed, cared for, and equipped. Dawn checked me in and was so warm and left a lasting impression. Dr. Allen is down to earth and knowledgeable. He took the time to address my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I am happy to be a patient!
