Dr. Jewet was very clear about the procedure and need for it. Surgery and recovery were excellent. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
He said 45 minutes per hip, no pain at the hip and he was so RIGHT!! I had severe osteoarthritis and walking bone-on-bone with chronic pain. Dr. Jewett is the best. Thank you so much!
Dr. Jewett replaced my hip in 2014. I had an amazing recovery. He has such compassion for his work . If you need any surgery on hips or knees you won’t find a kinder more caring Dr. God bless you Dr. Jewett. Only one regret, I had to move out of state . I pray I can find another Dr as caring and wonderful as him. Sherrie D.
I feel safe with Dr. Jewett and have been his patient for several surgeries since 2011.
I have had both knees and a hip replaced by Dr. Jewett and am 1,000 percent satisfied..I was in excruciating pain in my hip and it was completely gone the day after surgery. Earlier I had knee replacements and the pain there is now gone .Dr Jewett is the best!!!!
Dr. Jewett is THE BEST! He fixed the mess my femur was in, due to Dr. Wuest leaving my broken femur bone up and behind my pelvic bone, instead of putting it back in the hip socket!! What kind of "doctor" DOES THAT?? I will probably never have an answer to that question, but at least Dr. Jewett fixed the MESS Dr. Wuest left behind, and now I am FINALLY able to walk without a walker...although I will NEVER walk "normally" again, since it took YEARS before I discovered the MESS Wuest left me in.
I went to Slocum after a failed knee replacement at OHSU. Dr. Jewett told me he would restore my faith in knee replacements.( My knee replacement at OHSU failed after 5 years due to physician mistake.) His word was good! I had both knees replaced by Dr. Jewett and I would totally recommend him!
I was back on my horse after 30 days recovery. I had both hips replaced at the same time. Dr Jewett is the best.
