I have been using Brewster Ford for years to service the Ford vehicles we have had. Before this latest service, the service department was quite decent to work with. However, with the exception of certain people in the service depart my experience has soured due to the on-going dispute over a service for my wife's Ford Flex. Early June, I replaced the battery in my wife's Ford Flex. As soon as the terminals were connected the vehicles alarm system continued going off, vehicle not responding to the key fob.
