The worst experience I have had at a coffee shop. I’m a huge supporter of my hometown coffee shops especially one that’s up and coming . Came on a Sunday morning ordered a large latte and small hot chocolate. The order took 15 minutes to come out . While I was waiting a party of 5 came in to order and they left before my order even came out. As a heavy matcha drinker, I really wanted to give this place a second chance, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The matcha was okay, but for the price, I expected better quality. About 3/4 of the drink was ice, which made it feel like I wasn’t getting much for what I paid. I also waited around 12 minutes for just one drink. UPDATE: Not sure what happened but this coffee spot is no longer it. Coffee is usually bitter, service is a shell of what if used to be. Takes nearly 30 minutes for a coffee. Prices are ridiculous expensive now Ive had coffee from all over the world. Beans from different regions. This business has the best brown sugar shaken espresso Ive ever had.
