Dr. Gary Spedding is a brilliant and fascinating man. We met while I attended the Siebel Institute of Technology in 1999. He was a library of information and very likeable. In other words, we had complex conversations and pints. Sometimes one without the other! I recommend any of his endeavours, cheers.
Dr. Gary gave an impressive talk at the Chemistry department (EKU) about BDAS. I really want to work with him as a chemist.
Great company. Always satisfied when we use them for Old Firehouse Brewery up here in Cincinnati.
Dr Who? No, it's Dr. Spedding that would RUN the analysis to get us a though space and time with his impressive lab and knowledgeable staff.

Got to work with the man, the myth, the legend himself as an intern at this wonderful company! I learned so much about the business of alcoholic beverages from Gary - in the lab and out (brewery and distillery visits!). He really knows his stuff!
