Yes, BC is great! – I can't believe it! I put my house up for rent early this month. They told me it's hard to rent in Queen Creek and that it may take up to 3 months, maybe more. The 21st was my bday and I recieved a call saying they wanted me to come review a tennant for occupancy! What a great bday present. I looked everything over and okayed them to move in. Great company – I had a referral to use their services through my brother-in-law who had learned about them in a California investment seminar they were part of. He had used them since 2001 for 6 of his properties in the East Valley/Phoenix Metro area and had nothing but praise to offer about their company. I contacted one of their sales agents who directed me to purchase 2 investment properties; one in the Maricopa area and the other in Gilbert. Prop mngmt sounds great – Looking for help! I heard about BC from a newspaper ad. I have had little experience with prop management companies and dont know how involved they really get in the process. do they just help you find the renter? do they monitor the place and make sure that the lawn is being mowed and stuff? i have two properties right now, well, i guess i cant really call them properties, they are apartments, and i do EVERYTHING myself and its just ghetting way too hecktic. i moved here from montana four yeasrs ag... read more
They are highly recommended for Tucson homes! I am truly glad I read about them in NY Times – I've have dealt with a lot of real estate agents in the past and also worked with a lot of good residential property management companies in the United States, specifically with the Arizona market. Bc Is ok with me – Prop management is always a touchy subject it seams. I don't know if i believe half the stuff people say. I think that as with anything, everyone is going to have a different experience. nothing goes perfect every time all the time. i look at it this way, investing is a risk. it doesn't matter what you invest in. having a prop mngt company eases your burdens of finding and collecting rent yourself. Great Experience!! – Best rental experience ever. Staff was very friendly and I was always able to speak to a live person. They were willing to help me and work with me given my situation. I highly recommed them!!
