Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional crooks I've ever rented from. If I could give them a "0" I would. When we first moved in, the house was filthy. Carpets were caked with dirt, window sills were full of spider webs and dead bugs, weeds all over back yard, door knobs had nasty sticky stuff all over, the walls were different shades or brands of paint and looked terrible (which they now want us to pay for the entire house to be repainted) only half of the lights worked, batteries for smoke alarms were not working and the... read more
It's a battle to get anything done – I've rented several places, and never disliked a rental company so much. The house we are renting was not clean when we moved in. The garage had trash in it. The walls were dirty. The carpet was not clean. The blinds were broken. The backyard was full of weeds, and the house needed several minor repairs (all of which was supposed to be fixed before we moved in). No Service – Brewer Caldwell might be fine if they are renting your house out, but don't rent from them. I like the house itself but calling their service lazy is too kind. Calls are rarely returned and if you actually get to talk to someone they will promise service that probably won't come. When service does come they fix minor things and promise to return or send a vendor to fix bigger problems, but it won't actually happen. The facts – The fact of the matter is, there are more people having good experiences than bad. The good experiences almost never make it to the general public. Just like in the news, if it bleeds it leads. I hope people arn't blinded by the 1% of our customers that have bad experiences and I hope they know that there is plenty more good than bad. Yeah I can by jerrysim – I think it very obvious that the reviews here at this site are strictly placed by those employed or have some sort of connection to this management company. In the real world of REVIEWS you have both good bad and the ugly but it?s very rare and I mean very rare that you have so many good reviews showing up at one company unless it?s a perfect product, business and really who has that these days. Yeah I can – I can explain. Every business has flaws. Only people that have bad experiences ever post. Those that have normal experiences get what they deserve so they don't go crazy telling everyone. Those that have great experiences will tell their friends and family but not feel the need to tell the internet world. Nothing fishy here that I can see. This business obviosly has a lot of clients.
All great reviews...except why all the bad press? – Just curious as to why you have all this great press and some of the other sites show such bad press. Can someone explain what this is about? It kind of looks fishy. Perhaps its just me. Bob
