Came in for some labs today. The lady told me last week I don’t need an appointment. Online it says they’re open till three, but Facebook says five. The door says they open at seven and close at 12 for lunch. But I got there at 2:40 and the doors were locked, lights were off and no one was there. If you’re going to say you’re open until a specific time, stay open. If there was a reason you closed early, just post a sign on the door. “Something came up, sorry for the inconvenience!” Simple.
