I was scheduled and approved for anesthesia for a procedure at the back center . I was told I had to pay $200 cash or check only because insurance was no longer paying for anesthesia for the type of procedure I was having. I called UHC and they informed me that they would and have already approved the anesthesia. This did not change the request/demand for the $200. Called ahead of time for a quote on services. After surgery it was doubled what was quoted. Very disappointed with their service.
Provided services at our doctor's office, but failed to tell us that our insurance wouldn't cover this part, after getting the procedure approved by the insurance company
