Cool place. Very friendly staff. First time here and was pleased with the care. Only waited 10 minutes. No appointment needed.

They were very nice, and they took us in without an appointment. We didn't wait long at all. Dr. Mal was wonderful, and the cost of everything was VERY reasonable. All of our furbabies will go to BATA for all of their medical needs.
